Usage:
The XLL2 Low Voltage Distributor is a new product for replacing those low voltage distributors such as XL21, XL25, XL14, XL15. It is designed and developed by the plant, according to the technology level and the structure feature of low voltage distributors at home and abroad after digested, assimilated and brought forth new ideas. It meets the criteria of the national standard GB 7251.1 1997 «Low Voltage Complete Switchgear Equipment and Control Equipment»and international standard IEC 439. The device has novel structure and reasonable arrangement of components. The device can be used as power distribution, motor control and lighting in those situation such as metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical, electricity, textile, building material, machinery, transportation, hotel where rated voltage is 400V (690V), rated current up to 630A and frequency AC 50Hz.
Structure feature:
1.The frames are made of FA structional steel and cool-rolled sheet steel with modular interval 20mm, and assembled with bolts.
2.The surface treatment is by means of Zinc-plating or electrostatic spray
coating, which ensures high anti-corrosive ability.
3.The device has two compartments, the upper one for main circuit and the lower one for branch circuit. A metal plate separates the two compartments. The main switch interlocks with the door of compartments. When the main switch is closed, the door could not be opened, but in case of emergency the interlock could be removed to open the door.
4.Top-busbar could be installed additionally on the top of device.
5.Incoming and outcoming of cables: upper incoming and upper outcoming, upper incoming and lower outcoming, lower incoming and upper outcoming, lower incoming and lower outcoming.
6.Contour dimensions: width 600,700,800mm, depth 400,500mm height 1600,1800,2000mm.
