1. Which are the key performance indicators you focus on while working for your clients?

While we focus mainly on the website traffic, paid ad impressions and social media follows, we channelize our focus based on specific client requirements. That is, we first understand what a particular client is looking for and then shift the focus towards a specific parameters and performance indicators.

2. How do you measure the success of your marketing campaigns?

When we create marketing campaigns, we simultaneously consider the purpose of the campaign, which hugely differs from client to client. We will then start regularly monitoring the metrics to understand how the campaign is performing and support our recommendations with data.

3. When can I expect my website to appear on the first page of Google?

We do not promise the moon, yet aggressively and efficiently work on each of our client’s website to get it to the top of Google search results page. Based on the work required for a given website and considering the competition, you can expect the desired results very soon.

4. Have you helped websites to recover from penalties?

While we take utmost care to ensure that none of our clients do not ever get subjected to penalties, we have successfully helped those who approached us for the first time only after they got penalized to bounce back.
